Text Box:   On February 10th, ProLink held its annual All Hands Meeting in which corporate employees and consultants came together to discuss the goals for the upcoming year. With communication the theme for this year, we,  at ProLink invited  our consultants to give some feedback on how we can further improve our communication both in in-house and with the business community at large. Many of these suggestions, (like the Newsletter your reading) have been implemented, or are in development.

Text Box: Welcoming New Members to the ProLink Team

 

Text Box:    In January, ProLink welcomed five new people to our staff. Our three new internal corporate employees are Jaclyn Benjamin, Anna Kessler and Terisha Gibbs. Jaclyn will be assisting our recruiters in sourcing highly qualified candidates and Anna will be working closely with our clients to determine which candidates are best suited for any open positions or projects. Terisha, our Office Manager, will be assisting executive management and office administration.
  We have also hired two new consultants, Lev Koptiovsky and Sam Bhushan. Lev is now working at

  In other news, ProLink has received requests from our employees to create a more consistent payroll schedule. We have listened and responded  by creating a bi-monthly plan in which employees will be paid on

  We hope that this has resolved any confusion with the payroll schedule and hope that this will provide for a more consistent and efficient system.

Text Box: Prolink's Financial Services vertical extended the company's footprint within the industry by launching the first of a series of project implementation initiatives.  One project aims to introduce a streamlined time management module within a large financial institution.  The project involves the introduction of methods and procedures to track  resource management

  At the same time, the Financial Services vertical continues to pursue its more "conventional" mandate which include the identification of teams to participate and lead project initiatives within client institutions.  We are targeting 2006 as a growth year both in our strategic consulting practices and our project-based consulting services.
