Text Box: Sheri Kirkman has been named our January 2006 Employee of the month! She has recently been converted to the PEP program and looks to make a strong contribution to ProLink and our clients. We are glad to have her experience and know how as part of our team expertise. Sheri has broad strategic and tactical Supply Chain and eCommerce experience in multiple industries such as Telecom, Healthcare, Financial Systems, and Consumer Products.

Text Box:    In December, ProLink completed an extensive review of our Medical Plan offered to our employees, and what other possible alternatives were out there for us. Part of this process involved looking at Aetna. After ProLink’s assessment, we have concluded that MAMSI remains to be the better alternative. Our employees will continue to enjoy low rates and extensive coverage. In all we would have ended up spending 46% more and had less plan options, had we chosen Aetna.    ProLink is a growing organization, and trying to stay competitive with providing a rich and full benefits package to all of our employees can be challenging at times given the rising health care costs that the industry and nation face every year.    Although Aetna’s initial proposal was compelling their final response was not desirable. Upon review of the proposals we have concluded that MAMSI is still the best value to meet all of ProLinks

Text Box: medical needs and we have renewed our contract with them for 2006. Our contract has 2 HMO plans and 2 PPO plans.    ProLink looks to continue to serve our employees with the most affordable and value driven resources available to us. We thank all of our employees for providing the information we had requested, in such a timely manner.      In other news ProLink just signed off with a new HR Broker, The Meltzer Group. Now many of the payroll and health care information will be available to you online in a secure and personalized environment. This will all be accessible through our new Employee Intranet which should be coming online within the next few weeks.    We will continually keep everyone up to date with the availability of all these exciting developments as they become available.
