ProLink to Implement New Document Management System

System (DMS), which will solve the problems of  document control and organization.  The most recent release of KnowledgeTree is the first representative for DMS in open source that truly matches up feature-for-feature with existing commercial products. 

Initial testing of KnowledgeTree, built for the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl) stack, has proven to be  successful in matching up to ProLink's primarily Microsoft-based software and operating

Systems.

 

 

 

The new system will have a Graphical User Interface which  will be login-secured and involve a check-in, check-out safeguard process.  KnowledgeTree will also be easily searchable through full-text indexing. The new system will vastly increase the performance on the network share server to create a more robustly secure and user- friendly document management application.

 

ProLink Service intends to have  Knowledge Tree production-ready by the end of April.

From the beginning of ProLink Services's inception, a network share on ProLink's corporate server has been the home for resumes, corporate forms, legal documents and a vast array of other document types.  Needless to say, maintaining control and logic over such an important information cache is incredibly important.  However, over the years, that task has proven to be more complex and difficult due to the sheer size of the repository.

The research helps

Pharmaceutical Companies better target prescribing doctors in the field which improves and increases the adoption rate of the newest drugs and treatments.  Through the Market Intelligence Portal, users have access to social network diagrams, geographic mapping, leader profiles, and high-end analytics. The research is targeted for completion and compilation in  approximately  12 weeks.  The completed study will allow for research to be continually updated so  that users have the most current and up to date information on prescribing doctors.

ROI² Starts New Research Project on Type II Diabetes 

ROI², in partnership with an internationally recognized  Pharmaceutical Company, began survey-based research on  Type II Diabetes for leading doctors specializing in this particular specialty in their practice.   Known as Key Opinion Leader research, the study will identify the primary doctors in this field.  This process will be accomplished through a series of focused survey questions sent directly to each medical practitioner with the specialty in Diabetes.  The data will then be presented through the patented Market Intelligence Portal for easy access by the Pharmaceutical Company as well as to their constituents.
