Employment Structure
ProLink Employee Program (PEP) Employees:
These are employees who are full time
and regularly scheduled workweek. PEP employee’s
benefit from earned PTO plan (Paid Time Off),
and scheduled holidays. These employees are
part of our core Solutions and Service Delivery
Team. ProLink Services contributes 50% to the
Health, Vision, Dental, and 100% to Life, LTD,
STD plans.
W2 Salaried Consultant
Employees: Are
employees that are hired by ProLink to work
on or off site where contracted skills are necessary.
These are consulting employees who are eligible
to participate in our benefits program. These
employees benefit from the PTO plan and scheduled
holidays. ProLink Services contributes 100%
to Life, LTD, STD plans.
W2 Hourly Consultant Employees: These
are consulting employees retained by ProLink
to provide services hourly by a predetermined
contractual agreement for on or off site work
with our contracts. W2 Hourly Consultant Employees
are eligible to participate in our benefits
program. ProLink Services contributes 100% to
Life, LTD, STD plans.
