Bonnie Rishell
President and Chief Executive Officer
Bonnie Rishell is President and CEO of ProLink
Services, LLC, an IT solutions and Integration
Company focused on communications and financial
services providers. Ms. Rishell is the founder
and senior leader since the company began in
1995. Today, she oversees Prolink's operations,
business development and marketing, human resources,
and strategic planning initiatives.
Ms. Rishell has a long and successful history
in the IT services and telecommunications industries.
Before joining ProLink, she was the Vice President
and Business Unit Director for the telecommunications
sector of Comsys Technical Services. During
her 8-year tenure, the telecommunications business
unit revenue grew almost 500 percent with headcount
increasing nearly 300 percent. She also was
responsible for expanding the business unit
nationally and opening branches to support specific
customer sites. In addition to her expertise
in IT services and telecommunications, Ms. Rishell
has almost 20 years of expertise in human resources
gained at a variety of leading IT firms.
Ms.
Rishell's expertise includes developing winning
marketing and sales strategies, establishing
strategic alliances with key vendors, creating
mutual-value channel partnerships, and bringing
in new business opportunities. Her focus is
applying ProLink's vision to building new business
initiatives, products and services, as well
as exploiting emerging technologies.
John
May
President and Acting Chief Operating Officer
John May is the President and acting Chief Operating
Officer for ProLink Services, LLC. He has over
25 years of operational, marketing, and financial
experience with technology product, service,
and telecommunication equipment companies ranging
from start-ups, to a company with annual revenues
in excess of $1 Billion. Before coming to ProLink Mr. May founded Integral Technology,
Inc (ITI). ITI focuses on developing corporate
management plans for generating investment contracts
from Venture Capitalists and Private Equity
Investors. Before founding ITI, John was CEO
of Linguateq, Inc., a high tech product integration
firm that was later acquired by Sonus Networks,
a leading high-tech switch vendor.
Mr.
May has also held senior positions in Telenet
Communications, Sprint International, COMSAT,
and MCI. He has implemented highly successful
marketing, sales, and business plans for fortune
500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups.
John served for the United States Air Force
for five years. He has a BS from Marietta College,
and MBA (Finance) from American University,
and a Masters in Computer Science from Johns
Hopkins University.
Beth Bawcombe
Executive Vice President of Sales and Business
Development
Ms. Bawcombe is the EVP of ProLink, overseeing
business development and sales initiatives.
She is instrumental in implementing and managing
a strategy that fosters a selling methodology
allowing ProLink's Solutions Development and
Account Managers to focus and address the needs
of their customers and verticals. Since joining
ProLink, Ms. Bawcombe has been heavily involved
in diversifying ProLink's client base from being
primarily in telecommunications to expanding
into the Financial Services and other vertical
markets. She acquires and manages our sales
force team, brings forth solid industry experience,
expands customer relationships and delivers
solutions addressing key business objectives.
Since 1992, Ms. Bawcombe has been in the IT
Services industry for a variety of private and
publicly held organizations such as Intervise
Technology, Comsys Technical Services, and Logical
Design Solutions. Her career spans from executive
level management to being hands on in recruiting,
business development, national account management
and operations management. During her tenure
at COMSYS, she was directly responsible for
increasing annual revenues on the MCI National
Account $3 million a year. She established a
national consultant management program for the
company and developed a new business development
team to help diversify their customer base.
