7-Step Delivery Process
ProLink Services follows a strict methodology
in the development of projects. The ProLink
project delivery methodology is a detailed plan
that provides the framework for the management
of the design, development and delivery of technical
and strategic business solutions provided by
ProLink Services. The purpose of this methodology
is to provide a consistent approach that can
be used by our Business Delivery Managers and
Project Managers to meet the needs of our clients.
This methodology creates a structured approach
for successfully accomplishing our client’s
objectives.
Below
is a graphical representation of our Services
and Solutions Delivery Method (SSDM). This seven-step
approach allows us to design, develop and deliver
technical and strategic solutions to our clients.
Each step below consists of five components.
The first being a brief description of each
step, followed by a goal upon completion of
that step. Actions are the third step, and define
how each activity is performed and completed.
The fourth step is our deliverables; the project
documents that are to be delivered for the step
are detailed here. Lastly the checkpoints follow
each step within the methodology. This allows
ProLink to be able to conduct reviews, manage
key project processes, and obtain required authorizations
