Customer Information Portals

This in turn saves time and resources for use on other critical tasks. A user can access the information from anywhere and is usually done through a web portal. An EIP allows employees or all stakeholders a common place to share information and connect multiple types of users with personalized access to applications, functions and information depending on the relationship they have with the enterprise.

Self help portals

Self-help portals allow users to solve a problem using a web interface designed and implemented by ProLink, this helps to reduce customer service representative and technicians. A self-help portal is more than just self-help software it can be an entirely web based system that can be accessed from anywhere at any time. This helps to reduce overall costs and the ability to provide timely answers to questions and inquiries. A self-help portal can be implemented into an existing webpage or as a standalone system.

Personalized Web portals

A personalized web portal can be created as any combination of the above systems. It can link customers with employees, provide corporate data or can be implemented by ProLink to portray any information the client deems necessary. A personalized web portal can be created to only supply information on a user-to-user basis. This makes it possible for one user to have completely different views and information depending on their needs. As with all web based portals, it can be accessed from anywhere at any time around the world.
